Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to join us as Fullstack Software Engineer to join our core team. You will work on various SaaS products within our ecosystem, helping to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. This role requires expertise in modern web development technologies, an ability to work autonomously, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable CRM software solutions using SaaS architecture principles
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and requirements
• Customize CRM software configurations to align with client specifications
• Provide technical demonstrations and training to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of the CRM platform
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance CRM functionalities
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze user feedback for ongoing product improvement and development
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including user guides, manuals, and FAQs

Qualifications

• Exceptional ownership, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively
• Proven experience in CRM software development and implementation, preferably within a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages. TypeScript is required, any other experciences is apprecied.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud computing principles
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team environment

Bonus Points

• Previous startup experience.
• Experience with AWS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of the best pratices of the industry such as DDD, Hexa, Clean, …
• Previous experience of llm based technologies
